Chef Caity
Caity was born and raised in Los Angeles where she found her passion for the culinary arts at a young age. She created a ritual where she would make organic vegetarian meals and smoothies every Sunday for her parents. When her father’s cholesterol significantly lowered she found the power that diet and nutrition had over the human body.

Her first professional job in the culinary arts was as a chef at the Van Gogh Cafe in Eugene while attending the University of Oregon. The restaurant was a solo chef run place, offering vegan cuisine to the locals.
Throughout her career she worked under French chefs at The Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage, La Brasserie and Wally’s among many others. There, she was taught the technical skills of the trade. Later, Caity moved to The Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, followed by Meadows in Malibu, where she was able to experience the noticeable difference in the healing benefits that food offered clients who were dealing with physical, mental and emotional ordeals. From there, she found her true calling in the culinary arts.

Today, Caity being plant-based herself, continues to share her abilities by cooking for others with an emphasis on both dietary needs and tasty cuisine. She resides throughout Southern California and remains dedicated to spreading the goodness of a clean life style.

Caity and her team are available and eager to share their dishes with all those that are interested in feeling great, living a healthy life style and promoting a global movement that benefits all walks of life.

Currently Caity is servicing the communities of Malibu, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, La Jolla and Newport Beach, serving private fine dining parties, home delivery and special dietary solutions.
Chef Colby

Colby was born in Wichita, KS and moved to the Coachella Valley when he was 11. His passion for the culinary arts came later in life when he realized his "home style" cooking was well received in California. He expanded his horizons and began elevating the Mid-West style food to fine dining.

His passion is bringing a touch of home to all he creates for. Sharing his family recipe and scratch-made BBQ jam, he is moving into distribution of the Urban Haus line.
His focus is in meats and Mid-West dishes, as well as German cuisine. Colby has worked in private kitchens and with Caity's Catering where he is the head chef for all meats and sauces for both appetizers and main dishes. He is also known well for his dessert creations.

His love of meats and sauce pairings drives him to elevate himself day after day, and share his love with all those he feeds. The perfect combination of Mid-West BBQ, German fusion and SoCal cuisine.
